JHA Employment, Training Program Celebrates Brand-new Graduates<\/strong><\/p>\n

The Johnstown Housing Authority’s Employment and Training Program celebrated eight graduates of the program’s 2nd accomplice who got in a new phase of life Friday.<\/p>\n
