Wage & Hour Rights and Responsibilities
Wage Payment: Employee rights consist of:- Pay for all wages made (INFO # 3) at the rate concurred to by the company and employee.
– Pay of at least minimum wage (INFO # 1), the applicable Colorado or regional minimum wage, and all earned overtime earnings without impermissible reductions from their wages;.

Written Demands, Complaints, & Investigations
Demands & Complaints for Wages: If a company owes you earnings, you can send your a written demand for payment of salaries by mail, e-mail, text message, or other electronic means.
